Adult Day Support

Homemaker Personal Care (HPC)
Welcome to our dedicated service! Our highly trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are here to meet your individual needs and provide essential relief support to family caregivers. We offer a range of services, including laundry, personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, community engagement, and skill development. Our goal is to empower you and enhance your independence while ensuring you receive the support you need for total care services.
Non-Medical Transportation (NMT)
Encore is dedicated to providing safe reliable Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) services. Our drivers not only meet the Ohio Administrative Code requirements, but they also undergo additional passenger support training and hold successful completion certificates. With seasoned experience and professionalism, our drivers ensure a comfortable journey. Plus, with our "Where's My Ride" feature, you can easily track your driver's ETA for each trip. We offer wheelchair-accessible mini-buses and small SUVs to accommodate your needs.
